About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR & Hiring Manager

to lead our recruitment and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and oversee HR operations to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for all departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent. Manage HR operations including employee onboarding, policies, and compliance. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and succession planning. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates. Track and analyze recruitment metrics; provide insights to leadership. Mentor and guide junior HR/recruitment staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in [industry]. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRIS, and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
