Position Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates to meet our company's growing needs. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including engineering, design, sales, and operations.
Job Postings:
Create compelling and accurate job descriptions that align with company needs and attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find and engage potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company and understand their roles and responsibilities.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Training & Development:
Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions and development programs. Track and report on training activities and outcomes.
Employee Records:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Manage HR databases and generate reports as needed.
General Administration:
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and supporting other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sector.
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the LED screen industry or similar technology sectors is a plus.
