HR Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Conduct background verification and ensure proper documentation.
3. Student & Candidate Support:
Prepare students for interviews - resume building, soft skill training, mock interviews.
Counsel candidates regarding career paths and job readiness.
Follow up with placed candidates and employers for feedback.
Eligibility:
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
2-5 years in placement coordination or recruitment (preferably in skill development/training sector).
Skills:
Excellent communication and networking skills
Proficiency in MS Office & email communication
Strong understanding of job market trends
Target-driven and organized approach
