Sabato Exports is looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Manager to handle both talent acquisition and core HR functions. This person will manage the entire hiring process, develop HR policies, oversee employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should be able to build a strong workforce while also handling HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill key roles.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. HR Policies & Compliance
Draft and implement company HR policies (attendance, leave, code of conduct, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
3. Employee Onboarding & Engagement
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Develop employee retention strategies and engagement activities.
4. Performance Management & Training
Implement performance review processes.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions.
5. Payroll & Compensation Support
Assist in payroll coordination and salary structuring.
Manage employee benefits and compliance with statutory regulations.

1. Time-to-Fill Open Positions - Reduce hiring time while maintaining quality.
2. Employee Retention Rate - Ensure high retention through engagement initiatives.
