Develops creative talent acquisition strategies and proactively builds an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure future talent needs are met.
Develops and manages a scalable high volume, full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that is efficient and offers a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding;
Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure recruiting activities are aligned with business goals and hiring objectives; listens to input and discusses ways to improve all aspects of the recruitment process.
