About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through various job portals, and social media channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram
2. Screen the candidates as per the job description/assessment parameter and create a panel for interviews within the timeline
3. Manage interview line-ups, follow-ups with candidates, negotiate on salary, designation, and date of joining with candidates
4. Prepare daily candidate MIS and keep records of interviews and candidate database in recruitment management software

Who can apply
