About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Working on team and candidate coordination
3. Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist and other job portals
4. Conducting interviews of candidates
5. Working on coordinating with clients
6. Working on using HR databases like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) for a better understanding of the ongoing and previous openings
