Job Overview:
As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles at The Education Match. You'll work closely with the leadership teams to attract top talent, streamline recruitment workflows, and enhance the overall candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-centric, and eager to learn the inner workings of talent acquisition in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post and update job listings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
Coordinate interviews by communicating with candidates and interviewers to schedule meetings efficiently.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and help identify top talent aligned with role requirements.
Support employer branding efforts by contributing to engaging content for outreach.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress to the HR team.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools through research and feedback.
