to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn practical HR functions in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in posting job openings across job portals and social media.
Source and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Support in drafting offer letters and joining documentation.
Coordinate with candidates during onboarding and induction.
Assist in creating recruitment reports and MIS updates.
Support HR team in other administrative and operational tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, organize, and meet deadlines.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
