We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our hiring processes. This role will provide hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while learning end-to-end recruitment practices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in understanding hiring needs and creating job descriptions.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other channels.
Source and screen resumes through various platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Communicate with candidates professionally regarding interview status and feedback.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Assist in onboarding processes when required.
Prepare basic reports and update HR documentation.
Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and HR policies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
