We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our HR team in daily hiring activities. The role involves assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic interactions with applicants.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
