Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely hiring aligned with organizational goals.
Lead
HR induction
programs and support hiring managers during new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration experience.
Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring systems are updated and processes are maintained effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
employee records
in compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Administer HR processes such as
new hire onboarding
,
employee exits
, and
monthly payroll coordination
.
Conduct and analyze
employee exit interviews
, identifying trends and contributing to retention strategies.
Act as the
primary HR point of contact
for the Chennai office, providing ongoing support to employees and managers.
Ensure adherence to
employment laws
, organizational policies, and compliance standards.
Participate in or lead special HR projects related to recruitment strategies, HR technology, or process improvements.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
