Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:

Writing & posting job descriptions, using social media, job boards, and networking to find candidates.

Screening & Selection:

Reviewing resumes, conducting phone/video screens, assessing skills, and checking references.

Collaboration:

Working with hiring managers to understand needs and present shortlisted candidates.

Process Management:

Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring fair processes.

Onboarding:

Coordinating new hire orientation and paperwork.

Strategy:

Developing recruitment strategies, leveraging data, and staying updated on hiring trends.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Strong communication (written/verbal), organization, time management, negotiation, and relationship-building.

Education:

Often a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
