We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across various domains and levels, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary offers and terms with candidates and coordinate onboarding processes.
Generate and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in [IT/Academy, if specific].
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for technical roles or specialized domains.
Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
