Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
