Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

to join our Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for field staff, branch-level employees, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of MFI operations and a passion for identifying and hiring talent that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for field staff (loan officers, branch managers, etc.) and back-office roles. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers and panel members. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Manage onboarding formalities and coordinate joining documentation. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower planning. Collaborate with training and operations teams for deployment of selected candidates. Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and community outreach for mass hiring. Maintain recruitment MIS and generate reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms during the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Management / Social Work or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an NBFC/MFI or BFSI sector. Experience in recruiting field staff in rural or semi-urban locations is an advantage. Familiarity with HRMS or recruitment tools preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Key Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle volume hiring and work under tight deadlines. Good understanding of the local language(s) and regional hiring practices. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to travel to branch locations for recruitment drives if required.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
