Roles & Responsibilities
Source, screen & shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Share quality CVs within TAT & maintain accurate documentation.
Conduct interviews, assess skills, and handle salary discussions.
Leverage job portals & tools to attract the right talent.
Build & manage candidate database and ensure smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders & ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements.
Provide market insights & ensure transparent communication with clients.
