Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing to onboarding).
Understand job requirements and prepare effective
job postings
.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
.
Conduct
screening calls and initial interviews
to assess candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
Maintain and update the
candidate database and recruitment reports
.
Ensure
smooth onboarding
of selected candidates.
Support
employee engagement
and
HR documentation
as required.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company hiring standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or related field.
1-4 years of proven experience as an
HR Recruiter
or in a similar role.
Good understanding of
recruitment platforms
and sourcing techniques.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to
manage multiple positions
and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
is an added advantage.
