The Junior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR functions within our organization. With 2-4 years of HR experience, you will assist in various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding:**
- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and manage new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- **Employee Relations:**
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and conducting exit interviews.
- **Performance Management:**
- Support the performance review process, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
- Help manage and communicate performance improvement plans.
- **Compliance & Record-Keeping:**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the blockchain and tech industry.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- **Training & Development:**
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal or external training sessions.
- Help manage employee development programs and initiatives.
- **HR Projects:**
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 3 - 6 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within tech or blockchain sectors.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with blockchain technology and decentralized identity systems.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
