NetSet Software is seeking a proactive and energetic
HR Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various technical and non-technical roles within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews and follow-up rounds
Maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Recruitment Operations
Understand job requirements from hiring managers
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
HR Coordination
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in
IT recruitment
(preferred)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high-volume hiring
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethics
