Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across our hospital MEP projects. The ideal candidate will source skilled professionals, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely onboarding aligned with project timelines and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify staffing needs across MEP verticals (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV)
Draft and publish job descriptions tailored to project-specific roles
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and campus outreach
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with project heads and site teams
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and offer records
Ensure timely documentation for onboarding, including ID proofs, certificates, and compliance forms
Support HR documentation for ISO audits and client pre-qualification submissions
Assist in planning induction programs and skill development initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
