Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels
Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
[1-2] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
