We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting overall HR goals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
Prepare and roll out offer letters and assist with onboarding
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in bulk hiring or lateral hiring
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (depending on role)
