Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule client interviews.
Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview feedback and selection.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Support HR functions like offer rollouts, joining formalities, and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a consultancy or staffing firm).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
Immediate joiner preferred.
