Key Responsibilities
Candidate Handling & Coordination
Receive and make calls to candidates for job openings
Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups
Maintain candidate records and recruitment status
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements
Share shortlisted CVs with clients
Coordinate interview schedules and selection feedback
Act as a single point of contact between candidates and clients
Recruitment Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment flow from requirement to joining
Track hiring status for multiple positions simultaneously
Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements
Support onboarding coordination once candidate is selected
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Update daily call reports and hiring progress
Maintain client-wise and position-wise recruitment data
Assist in preparing simple weekly recruitment summaries
Process & Compliance Support
Ensure recruitment process follows company guidelines
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information
Support documentation related to joining and deployment
Skills & Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, or calling roles
Understanding of manpower or staffing industry
Qualification
Minimum:
12th Pass / Any Graduate
HR, Management, or related background is a plus but
not required
Working Hours
9 hours per day.
Weekly off as per company policy.
Salary & Benefits
?10,000 - ?15,000 per month
