Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination with candidates and clients).
Manage interview schedules and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate with internal teams and training departments.
Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain HR records.
Support day-to-day HR and admin operations.
Requirements:
Languages:
Fluent in
English & Hindi
(spoken and written).
Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Management).
Smart, proactive, and hardworking personality.
Prior experience in recruitment / HR coordination preferred but not mandatory.
