Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the recruitment process end-to-end for various clients
Onboard and manage client accounts; maintain strong relationships and service quality
Source, screen, and manage candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms
Contribute to business development and client acquisition strategies
Take part in strategic decision-making as a founding/partner-level member
Recruit and lead a team of junior recruiters as the business scales
Share operational and financial responsibilities as a stakeholder
