Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Understand job requirements and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
Utilize multiple channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, etc.) to attract candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates during offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Support other HR activities such as employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment).
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
