Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated
Recruiter (experienced 3 yrs plus from Non IT recruitment Background)
with a strong convincing abilities to get potential and talented candidates for getting recruited as full timer in our Company.This role will primarily focus on initial recruiemtn along with entry exit formalities, and all the ground work needed to get the right talent from respective portals or Consultancy agencies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for developing recruitment strategies, and a desire to learn and grow in a multi-faceted HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across departments, with a focus on sales and operations.
Collaborate with senior HR team members to understand staffing needs and help develop strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and university networks to find high-potential candidates.
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
3. HR Operations
Provide operational support for key HR functions such as employee data management, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient data management.
Work with the HR team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support HR leadership in day-to-day operations, including handling employee queries and contributing to HR projects.
4. Learning & Development
Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance HR knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of the HR sales and operations landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the design and delivery of employee training and development programs.
Identify trends in employee performance and engagement, and propose initiatives to improve productivity and satisfaction.
5. Strategic HR Initiatives
Support senior HR leaders in implementing key HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Assist in building HR reports, analyzing HR data, and providing insights for decision-making.
Take part in strategic planning sessions related to workforce management, helping to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate from a reputed B-School with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong interest in HR Sales and Operations, with a keen focus on developing talent acquisition strategies and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a command over the English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic HR environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an eagerness to learn HR software and systems.
