Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordination with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines
Managing HR operations including employee lifecycle management and documentation
Hands-on experience with
GreytHR
for attendance, payroll support, leave management, and employee data
Maintaining HR MIS, reports, and compliance-related records
Supporting HR policies, processes, and daily HR operations
Desired Profile:
Proven experience in HR Recruitment and Operations
Working knowledge of GreytHR is mandatory
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Candidates based in
Delhi NCR / Gurugram
preferred
