. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across functions.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and professional networks
.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Schedule and manage interview processes, including feedback collection.
Maintain and update candidate records in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/HR database
.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
Assist in campus hiring drives, recruitment campaigns, and HR projects as needed.
Timings: 2 PM to 10 PM
