Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical and HR rounds with concerned departments.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and send offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
Maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring metrics for management review.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
