Key Responsibilities of a Sourcer
Understand job requirements shared by the Recruiter/HR Manager.
Search and identify potential candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal database, referrals, etc.).
Shortlist and screen profiles based on required skillsets.
Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain and update daily/weekly sourcing trackers.
Coordinate with Recruiters to schedule interviews.
Build pipelines for critical/urgent roles.
Maintain a healthy conversion rate of sourced candidates to scheduled interviews.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Number of relevant profiles sourced per day.
Conversion: Profiles sourced ? Candidates connected ? Interviews scheduled.
Quality of profiles shared.
Turnaround time (TAT) for closing positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
