Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess sales competency, domain understanding, and communication skills.
2. Recruitment Process Management
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future sales hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
3. Industry & Role Understanding
Understand product categories, market segments, and industrial customer profiles relevant to the manufacturing sector.
Evaluate candidates based on experience in industrial sales, technical sales, channel development, B2B/Institutional sales, and OEM clients.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain recruitment dashboards, weekly hiring reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure proper documentation of interview evaluations and hiring decisions.
5. Employer Branding
Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs, sales recruitment drives, and industry events.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of sales roles in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media).
Ability to handle large volume hiring for field sales roles.
Strong judgment in evaluating sales aptitude, target achievement, and market knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in recruiting for sales positions (preferably in manufacturing/industrial domain).
