Position - HR Recruiter( only male)
Location - Chakan
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in
manufacturing, Bulk recruitment industry or other non-tech industries.
Skills:
o Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS
(Applicant Tracking Systems).
o Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job openings
simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
o Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals,
campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
o Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and shortlist
candidates based on job requirements.
o Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews
with hiring managers.
o Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
o Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job
requirements and hiring priorities.
o Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.
o Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance:
o Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates by coordinating with HR
and admin teams.
o Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.
o Adhere to company policies, labour laws, and best recruitment practices.
Employer Branding & Market Research:
o Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus hiring to promote the
company as an employer of choice.
o Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment
best practices.
