Non-IT hiring for the Automotive / Manufacturing industry
. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting bulk/manpower hiring for production and shop-floor roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for non-IT roles (Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, Operations, etc.).
Source candidates through
, and industry networks.
Shortlist and screen profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Handle
bulk and blue-collar hiring
as needed.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Support onboarding, documentation, and offer follow-up.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Skills Required
Experience in
automotive/manufacturing recruitment
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
Ability to work with tight deadlines and high-volume hiring.
Good understanding of shop-floor manpower requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field.
2-6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Salary
As per industry standards.
