We are looking for a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter with prior experience in Non-IT recruitment within an HR consultancy setup. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, the ability to source quality candidates, and experience working across diverse industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Non-IT roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Meet recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and talent market movements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR consultancy recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
