This is a mid-level role with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Proven track record of sourcing and selecting candidates
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and plan recruitment strategies
• Create and update job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of applicants
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to Joining
• Establish and nurture connections with external clients while expanding our client base.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated with industry trends like digital hiring and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
