Key Responsibilities

Find, evaluate, and interview applicants for a range of jobs inside the business.

Hold new recruit orientation meetings to make sure they fit in with the company's procedures and culture.

Serve as a point of contact for concerns, issues, and questions from employees.

Encourage a healthy work atmosphere by implementing employee engagement programs and efficient communication.

Put in place and oversee performance management procedures to assess worker performance.

Determine what needs to be learned and developed based on performance reviews.

Create and execute HR policies and processes in accordance with business policies and labor legislation.

Ascertain that every employee understands and complies with HR regulations and procedures.

Keep accurate and current records of all employee information, including leave, attendance, and personal data.

Draft and distribute HR-related paperwork, including termination letters, offer letters, and employment contracts.
Requirements
-
A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a relevant department. Possessing a master's degree would be advantageous.

Track record of success in HR positions, ideally in the IT sector.

Knowledge of HR procedures including hiring, managing performance, employee relations, and compliance.

Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
