Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level HR Recruiter to support our hiring process. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Post job openings and source candidates Screen resumes and schedule interviews Conduct initial candidate screenings Coordinate with hiring managers Maintain applicant records and recruitment data

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or in progress) Strong communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
