Join and play a key role in shaping the workforce behind our fast-growing HoReCa & FMCG business (perishable & non-perishable food).

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue collar roles (sales, ops, manufacturing, logistics, quality, hospitality) and high-volume hiring for blue-collar staff.

Drive creative sourcing: campus drives, walk-ins, job fairs, referrals, community outreach.

Partner with hiring managers on JDs, workforce planning, and selection strategies.

Manage staffing vendors, onboarding, compliance, and basic HR operations.

Support employer branding and candidate experience for our frontline teams.

What We're Looking For

2-6 yrs of progressive HR/recruitment experience (white- & blue-collar).

Preferred exposure: HoReCa / FMCG / food manufacturing / warehousing / hospitality.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel to plants, warehouses & outlets when required.
