HR Recruiter

to join our team in

Chennai (ECR)

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs Managing job postings on various platforms Maintaining and updating candidate databases Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance

Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources (HR) Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
