We are building a high-performance Recruitment Team for a

major RPO project

and looking to hire

40-50 IT Recruiters

All selected candidates will undergo

3-6 months of structured training

, followed by

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT roles Manage Domestic & International hiring requirements Conduct telephonic screening and evaluate applicant fit Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation Deliver excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Meet assigned hiring targets and timelines

Training & Placement Path

3-6 months of structured training

on recruitment, sourcing, HR tools, and international hiring Hands-on exposure to real-time projects during training

Placement opportunities internally

within our recruitment teams

External placement

with client companies based on performance and availability

Skills Required

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Willingness to learn recruitment fundamentals Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Basic MS Office proficiency

Education

Any Graduate or Postgraduate Streams like BBA, BCA, BTech, MBA, BSc, BA, BCom and others are welcome
