Roles and Responsibilities:

? Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

? Screen, evaluate, and shortlist potential candidates.

? Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure timely follow-ups.

? Post job openings on various platforms.

? Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills :-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Recently graduated or pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
