Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary discussions, and closures.
Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Selection
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary screening to assess suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
3. Onboarding & Documentation
Handle offer letters, pre-joining formalities, and background verification as required.
Coordinate joining and induction processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
4. Database & Reporting
Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
Track hiring status, selection ratios, and timelines for management review.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and company visibility in the job market.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
Preferred Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Time management and ability to close positions within deadlines.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, construction, or related domains.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring workflows.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
