Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries
Understand student needs and suggest suitable IT training programs
Create efficient recruitment plans that make use of job boards, social media, professional networks, and other avenues in order to draw in top IT talent.
Support in event planning, workshops, and placement drives
Schedule and coordinate training batches with trainers and students
Maintain daily reports of inquiries, admissions, and attendance
Handle student records and documentation
Coordinate with trainers for sessions and student feedback.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or in a similar subject. Having relevant certificates in HR administration or recruitment is advantageous.

Demonstrated recruiting experience, ideally in the IT sector. It's highly desirable to be familiar with IT responsibilities, technology, and trends.

Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to interact productively with hiring managers and candidates.

Excellent time-management and organizing abilities, including the capacity to prioritize work and fulfill deadlines in a hectic setting.

Capacity to work well with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to accomplish recruitment objectives.
