Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Posting job openings on relevant platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
Building a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Conducting background checks and verifying candidate credentials.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Strong experiance in payroll.
Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience:
0-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud-based HR tools or platforms.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
Understanding of labor laws and compliance practices.
