Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Bandra. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be tasked with developing effective recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts, and participating in career fairs and networking events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing

Strong skills in resume screening, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain candidate databases

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools

Experience in building relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the water treatment or environmental services industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
