About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our Human Resources team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle -- from sourcing to onboarding -- with hands-on experience in both
bulk hiring
(entry to mid-level) and
leadership hiring
(managerial to senior roles).
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple departments and functions.
Manage
bulk hiring drives
for operations, sales, and support roles.
Conduct
leadership hiring
for mid to senior-level positions using advanced sourcing strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
Use various sourcing channels -- job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking -- to identify top talent.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities and collaborate with HR operations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience, with proven exposure to
bulk and leadership hiring
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Pay: Up to ?30,369.28 per month
