We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Post job openings on job portals and company career pages
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual) when required
Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and strong coordination skills
